英借文辞典　「し」⇒「支払条件 Payment terms」

ビジネス文書では、「支払条件」を、通常は「payment terms」と言います、「payment conditions」とは言いません。

海外取引での品代金の支払い条件の種類は、全て下記の3種類の何れかです：

海外取引での支払条件の種類	Credit card　クレジットカード	売主がカード会社の加盟店に登録されていることが前提条件。カード決済が出来る範囲内の少額決済に利用。買主（会社又は会社の経営者個人）のクレジットカードの情報（１）カード会社名、（２）カード保有者名、（３）カード番号、（４）有効期限（年と月）をEメール又はFAXで買主から知らせてもらう。売主は、そのクレジットカード情報により、加盟しているカード会社に商品代金の支払いを文書で求め、カード会社からOKの返事が文書で売主に届いた後に、その商品を出荷する。
	Remittance　送金	銀行を通さない。買主から売主に直接、郵便（配達証明付きcertified mail、又は書留 registered mail）で、小切手（個人小切手 personal check、又は銀行小切手 bank check、又は旅行小切手 traveler's check）を郵送する。
		銀行を通じて振込み。買主が売主の銀行口座に振り込み送金。電信振込 T/T = telegraphic transfer と、郵送振込 M/T = mail transfer の2種類がある。

	Collection by draft 荷為替手形により銀行を通じて代金を取立て	L/C 無し。	一覧払い at sight payment = D/P = Document against Payment = 手形支払い書類渡し買主が銀行から荷為替手形を提示されると同時に、買主は銀行に現金を支払うことにより、その銀行から船積書類を受け取る
			手形の支払い期日に後払い payment by usance bill = D/A = Document against Acceptance = 手形引受け書類渡し買主が銀行から荷為替手形を提示された時に、買主は銀行にその手形期日に代金を支払うことを手形に署名して約束する（引き受けるAcceptance）ことにより、その銀行から船積書類を受け取る

支払い時期により、下記の3種類があります：

一括払い	前払い Advance payment
	後払い Deferred payment, payment on credit
分割払い	一部前払い、残り後払い
	全部を分割後払い

価格見積書又は売買契約書の中で、色々な状況に応じた支払条件の表現を下記に例示します：

サイト付手形（金利を請求）	The payment for the Products supplied by Seller hereunder shall be made in Japanese Yen on a document against acceptance (D/A) basis, for which purpose Buyer shall accept a draft drawn by Seller in the amount of the total price of those Products together with an interest fee of three percent (3%) for the usance, payable ninty (90) days from the date of the relevant bill of lading. 本契約に基づき売主が供給する製品の支払は、日本円で船積み日起算90日目支払で売主が振り出した製品代金総額＋3%の金利加算した金額の手形を買主が引き受けるD/A条件で行なわれること。

If payment falls due on Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, payment will be released on the next consecutive business day. 但し、支払日が土曜日・日曜日又は祝日になる場合は、その翌営業日に支払いを行なう。
